Conditions The prices shown on this site are based on a person above 12 years of age. Please inquire for prices for anyone below 12 years of age.

 

After confirmation a deposit of 20% is required on booking and the balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.

Minimum booking is for seven days

The client must agree not to cause annoyance to the neighbours and must adhere to all safety and security precautions.

The villa must be vacated by midday of the day of departure unless prior arrangement has been made with the manager.

The telephone is available for local calls only.

Strictly no smoking inside the villa.

Strictly no animals are allowed in the property or gardens.

The villa furniture and fittings must be left in good condition. Our villa manager will carry out an inventory check and any damages and breakages must be paid for prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

 

40 days cancellation forfeit 10% of full payment.

30 days cancellation forfeit 30% of full payment.

48 hours cancellation no refund.
