Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Property Maintenance

Air Conditioning

Air conditioning, which is often abbreviated to A/C, AC or Air Con, is the process of removing heat from an enclosed space to achieve a more comfortable interior temperature (sometimes referred to as ‘climate control').

Air conditioning is a member of a family of systems and techniques that provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).

Modern air conditioning systems are also Heat Pumps, which use a reversing valve to allow them both to heat and to cool an enclosed space.

Air conditioners range in size from small, single split type systems (used for single rooms) to larger, multi split systems (that can be used in multiple rooms within a property) or full VRF systems capable of cooling and heating large buildings.
