Unfortunately, like all electrical and mechanical products, occasionally things do go wrong...

However, should this be the case we are more than happy to come and assist with any issue that should arise, be it with a system we have installed ourselves or a system you've had installed previously by another company.

Our call out charges are very reasonably priced and our hourly rate for diagnosing and (hopefully) repairing the issue is very fairs o should you have any issues with your air conditioning or heat pump system, please get in touch so we can arrange to come and help you stay comfortable.
